CISA is once again sending a California team to the Orange
Bowl International Youth Regatta in Miami, Fla. Dec. 27-30. CISA's
philosophy is to facilitate the top California youth sailors with travel and
international experience to help them progress upward in the sport.

CISA is once again sending a California team to the Orange Bowl
International Youth Regatta in Miami, Florida this December. CISA�s
philosophy is to facilitate our top California youth sailors with travel and
international experience to help them progress upward in the sport.
CISA Application
Interested sailors are asked to apply via the CISA
webpage: www.cisasailing.org by downloading an
application and submitting via fax for consideration.
Sailors will be selected in the following fleets: Laser, Laser Radial,
Laser 4.7 and Club 420.
Last year CISA helped send 27 boats (38 sailors) to the Orange Bowl,
winning 2 classes! The 2005 team is limited, so please apply early!
Application deadline is November 1, 2005
The accepted list will be posted by November 5.
CISA Assistance Grants
CISA will grant $500 per sailor to assist with any costs.
This year, all coaching expenses are being covered by CISA.
CISA Coaching
As with all CISA assisted regattas, the best coaches are
acquired to help our sailors be prepared and sail their best. Coaches are
currently being finalized, but are always of the highest quality. There will
be coaches for each division.
Housing

of the team stays at the Doubletree Hotel. Hotels and rental cars go fast,
as it�s Orange Bowl week!

Orange Bowl Regatta Registration
You must register yourself for the regatta. Go to:
www.coralreefyachtclub.org
for registration and additional information. There is no
on-site registration. You must be pre-registered to sail! Deadline is
November 30.
Airline Tickets
Unfortunately most Californians will have to travel on
Christmas Day to make the regatta. Make your reservations now, as holiday
travel books up fast!
